Please return the Health gain to Thrill of Victory
Another age-old plea revisited.
Return the Health gain effect of Thrill of Victory. Especially in the light of the Dervish skill Victorious Sweep. (I know it's a Melee Attack, but it still means you need to spec /D and quite a few points into Scythe Mastery, even while wielding a different weapon) |
